Q: There's no sound coming from any of my speakers. What gives?

A: Ensure your chair is connected as described in the manual's Setup Guide. Check that the power to the unit is in the "ON" position and the volume is turned up. Also, make sure your audio device is not set to "MUTE" and volume is turned up.

Q: There's no sound coming from just one of my speakers? What do I do?

A: Ensure the audio cord to the control panel is securely connected as described in the Setup Guide. Make sure that both the left and right channel audio inputs are securely connected to both the control panel AND the audio device.

Q: Why don't I feel any vibration?

A: If your model is equipped with the vibration feature, make sure the vibration knob is switched on. The vibration reacts to the volume and bass of your music/game. Adjust the sensitivity of the vibration, volume, and bass according to your desired settings. If you aren't feeling anything check that the audio device is turned up and the vibration knob is switched on.

Q: How do I clean my Boom Chair?

A: Use a clean cloth to dab lightly with soap and water. DO NOT rub. DO NOT immerse in water. DO NOT use detergent.
